Return Policy

At Itohoshi, every piece is crafted with care. Because many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, we follow these guidelines:

Custom & Personalised Orders

• All customised, embroidered, or made-to-order products (including bespoke designs, initials, and uploads) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Please double-check sizes, colours, and design choices before confirming your order.

Standard Products (Non-Customised)

• You may return any unworn, unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
