2. Products & Availability

• All products are described as accurately as possible.
• Colours and placements may vary slightly due to embroidery, vinyl, or print processes.
• Custom items are produced based on customer-provided designs and specifications.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse orders if designs breach copyright, trademarks, or are offensive.

4. Delivery

• Standard processing: 5–10 working days (custom items may take longer).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom items: non-returnable (except faults).
• Standard items: 7-day return policy.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

• All branding, logos, and designs (unless uploaded by the customer) are the property of Artrix Studios Ltd.
• Customers must own the rights to any artwork uploaded for customisation.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
